On Monday afternoon (February 3) in New York City, the 36-year-old YouTube sensation and social media personality visited the Empire State Building to light the historic pink.
In celebration of her Broadway debut that night in Trisha Paytas’ Big Broadway Dream, a one-night event benefiting the Entertainment Community Fund, Trisha lighted the building pink.
The performance, which also includes Golden Globe winner Rachel Zegler (Romeo + Juliet), Tony winner Ben Platt (Parade), Joy Woods (Gipsy), and Tony winner Sutton Foster (Once Upon a Mattress), will be streamed live on StagePilot.
Ensemble members Amber Ardolino, Morgan Bryant, Beau Harmon, Joshua Dawson, Lena Matthews, Jimena Flores Sanchez, and Michael Santomassimo will provide support for the main cast.
Sarah Meahl is the choreographer and Skylar Fox is the director of Trisha Paytas’ Big Broadway Dream. Juniper Street Productions is the production manager, while Samuel Dallas is the general manager of ShowTown Theatricals.
Music by Joriah Kwame, production design by Caite Hevner, costumes by Sarafina Bush, lighting by Cory Pattak, sound by Joshua D. Reid, music coordination by Michael Aarons, music supervision, orchestrations, and arrangements by Patrick Sulken, and additional material by Simon Henriques and Kelsey Fox are all featured in the show. The stage manager for the production is Fatimah Amill.
In collaboration with Carson Gleberman and Caitlin Berg, Kobi Kassal and Benson Drive Productions (George Strus, CEO) are producing the show.
