Plant Prairie Art Fest is a two-day juried workmanship show and deal in the nurseries at Shangri-La Farm from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Oil preservation

Craftsmanship at the CAVE, 108 E. Evergreen Blvd., Vancouver, invites the Northwest Oil Painters Guild for its yearly show, “Cavern Paintings,” with 80 artistic creations in plain view through Saturday. Camas Parks and Recreation is facilitating two free film evenings in Crown Park, at the crossing point of Northeast Everett Street and Northeast fifteenth Avenue in Camas. At 9 p.m. Friday, see Pixar’s “Forward” (PG), about siblings who go on a mission to invest more energy with their father.
