Akshay Kumar’s New Film, Soorarai Pottru Hindi Remake, Will Be Released in 2024

The release date of Akshay Kumar’s upcoming film, Soorarai Pottru (Hindi version), has been confirmed. A 2020 release, Soorarai Pottru is a Tamil film directed by Sudha Kongara, who is also helming the Hindi version of the same name. The film is based on events in the life of G. R. Gopinath, the founder of the Indian low-cost airline Simplifly Deccan. The primary part in the original Tamil film was portrayed by the well-known actor Suriya.

Excited fans explained on this tweet following Akshay Kumar’s announcement of the film’s release date for the Hindi remake of Soorarai Pottru. “I am excited to see Akki & Paresh sir together after 11 years. This reason is enough to see this film. BO never matters to me I just wanna see Akki”. Another fan mentioned, “Waiting for Suriya sir’s cameo”.

Suriya played the lead role in the original film, while Aparna Balamurali was his wife. She received a National Award for her outstanding performance in the film. Here, Radhika Madan is probably portraying the same character. As a result, there are very high expectations for the film from everyone.

Some, nevertheless, disapproved of Akshay and commented, “Quantity still wins out over quality.” Someone else explained,“Why Akshay is playing safe. It’s time to do some larger-than-life movies.
