GravTech is a company that manufactures and sells robotic games. Many people were skeptical about the survival of GravTech, especially that Startups around the world are going through the worst financial turmoil since the subprime crisis in 2007-2008. However, GravTech rose to the challenge brilliantly. The keyword in this equation is Ayoub El Hariri, a young Moroccan entrepreneur, and CEO of GravTech. Unlike many Startup CEOs, Ayoub did not give up and was not afraid to face the COVID-19 crisis.

Thanks to his leadership skills and creative work methods, Ayoub has found the right solutions at the correct times to guarantee GravTech’s survival.
