Black Cab Trailer: Nick Frost Stars in a Terrifying Horror Movie

The official Black Cab trailer, which stars Nick Frost from Shaun of the Dead, has been released by Shudder. The movie will be streamed beginning on Friday, November 8.

What Happens in the Black Cab Trailer?

In the film, Frost plays a spooky taxi driver who kidnaps a woman and drives her along a frightening road. When the spirit of a desperate lady continues to haunt her, her experience becomes increasingly complex and terrifying.

David Michael Emerson wrote the screenplay for Black Cab, which Bruce Goodison is directing. Nick Frost and Virginia Gilbert contributed additional material. Tilly Woodward, Teresa Parr, George Bukhari, Luke Norris, and Synnøve Karlsen join Frost. Jan Roldanus is the producer, and Michaela Fereday and Lucy Robinson serve as executive producers. Sony Pictures Television and Stolen Pictures are the production companies.

“When Anne (Karlsen) and Patrick (Norris) hail a black cab after a night out their driver (Frost) is chatty, jovial even, but they are in no mood to talk. In fact, the couple is barely on speaking terms,” reads the synopsis. “That is, until they realize the driver has no intention of taking them home. Locked in the cab with no means of escape, the driver transports the couple to a stretch of deserted and supposedly haunted road. But what is his purpose? Is he mad or just plain evil? And why has he selected Anne and Patrick as his victims?”
