Films by Moonlight gets back to the Green at City Springs on Aug. 6 with an appearance of “Black Panther” after Leadership Sandy Springs’ arrangements for last year were dropped because of the pandemic.
The free Friday night motion pictures will be displayed on a 30-foot inflatable screen situated close to the City Springs stage at 1 Galambos Way. Food trucks will start deals at 6 p.m., and Leadership Sandy Springs (LSS) will sell film snacks beginning at 6:30 p.m. The motion pictures start at sunset.
“We’re thrilled to be back this year; the movies are great and we have some special, fun events planned before each movie begins,”aid Movies by Moonlight co-seats Bethany Diamond and Janon Redmond, LSS 2020 colleagues and board individuals.
Notwithstanding “Black Panther” on Aug. 6, “Shrek” will be displayed on Aug. 13, and “Raya and the Last Dragon” on Aug. 20.
