Bring Them Down: About Barry Keoghan’s New Film, Cast, Trailer, and Release Date

Although it debuted at the 2024 fall film festival circuit, specifically at the Toronto International Film Festival and the BFI London Film Festival, Bring Them Down is a 2025 release that is currently showing in theatres. As a result, the film received two nominations for the British Independent Film Awards, one of which was for Christopher Andrews’ Best Debut Director.

On February 7, Bring Them Down will make its theatrical debut in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Ireland.

Leading the way in Bring Them Down are Christopher Abbott and Barry Keoghan, who play the sons of two competing farming families. In contrast, Abbott has established himself with parts in films such as It Comes at Night, Possessor, and Wolf Man (2025).

Paul Ready (A Gentleman in Moscow), Colm Meaney (Con Air), and Nora-Jane Noone (Hidden Assets) make up the remaining cast of Bring Them Down.

“Michael, the last son of a shepherding family, lives with his ailing father, Ray. When a conflict with rival farmer Gary and his son Jack escalates, a devastating chain of events leaves both families permanently altered.”
