Gangs of Godavari Telugu Movie Hindi Dub OTT Release Date Announced

Gangs of Godavari’s much awaited Hindi remake is about to enthral viewers on a well-known OTT platform. This crime action thriller, which was first released in Telugu, has received a lot of praise for its captivating plot and outstanding performers.

The streaming service recently advertised its upcoming digital release on social media. The news has created a lot of excitement among Hindi-speaking viewers, who can’t wait to watch this gripping thriller in their native tongue.

The film Gangs of Godavari looks like a fast-paced action movie with a hint of politics. Rathna, the main character portrayed by Vishwak Sen, is a common man from a slum who becomes powerful.

Describing his role, Vishwak Sen explained, “I play Lankala Rathna, a member of the tribal community who transforms from a petty thief to a powerful gangster and politician. This is the best role I’ve played in my career. I like to push the envelope and experiment with my characters.”

Gangs of Godavari reportedly cost $2.8 million to produce and was shown on 500 screens in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. But only $2.3 million was made at the box office by the movie. Just two weeks after its theatrical debut, the movie made its OTT platform debut due to its poor performance. Gangs of Godavari is currently available for streaming on Netflix in several languages, excluding Hindi.

JioCinema recently announced the film’s July 5 Hindi dubbing release and shared the trailer on Instagram. The movie will also only be accessible to JioCinema customers. For just ₹29 ($0.35) a month, users may sign up for the platform and view it in 4K. Furthermore, on July 5 at 12:00 AM (IST), the Hindi version might be accessible on the platform.
