OTT Release: “Garudan,” an action thriller by K. Kumar’s Lark Studios and Vetrimaaran’s Grass Root Film Company, is a joint production. It was written and directed by R. S. Durai Senthilkumar and is based on a tale by Vetrimaaran. The movie debuted on May 31, 2024, in cinemas.
Garudan OTT Release Update
Garudan will shortly make its OTT platform debut. The movie’s streaming rights have reportedly been acquired by Amazon Prime, and on Wednesday, July 3, it should be available on Amazon Prime Video. There will soon be an official statement from the streaming service.
Soori, M. Sasikumar, and Unni Mukundan play important roles in the movie. They are supported by an accomplished cast that includes Revathi Sharma, Sshivada, Samuthirakani, Rajendran, and Mime Gopi, all of whom give strong performances. The plot centres on Sokkan, who becomes entangled in the growing tensions between Aadhi and Karuna, two of his boyhood pals. Sokkan’s journey reveals secrets and causes allegiances to change, making it an inspiring story of tenacity and fortitude.
This movie, which was first revealed in September 2023 without a title, is Soori’s second major role after “Viduthalai Part 1.” Beginning in September 2023 and ending in January 2024, the film’s official title was revealed at the same time. Yuvan Shankar Raja wrote the film’s soundtrack, Arthur A. Wilson took the photos, and Pradeep E. Ragav handled editing.
