Hit List, when it opened in theatres, was praised for being an engaging thriller even though it was a little predictable. It is worth watching because of the engaging second half that is enhanced by the poignant subplot. The persona of Vijay Kanishka is left vulnerable to a masked kidnapper who preys on his sister and mother. While Vijay grudgingly acquiesces to the kidnapper’s demands in order to safeguard his family, ACP Yazhvendhan (portrayed by Sarathkumar) steps up his efforts to find out who the kidnapper is.

When the investigative thriller premieres on OTT, Telugu audiences are expected to be enthralled. The Telugu streaming rights have been acquired by Aha Video, and the movie will make its digital debut on July 9.
