Lin believes that a strong and covert army is responsible for this and is utilising the gadget to trigger an odd and inexplicable occurrence.

Lin now enlists the aid of a proficient hacker to help him put together the evidence and make the connections between the implanted device, the evil army, and the enigmatic phenomenon in order to discover the truth and locate his daughter.
