An all-new smartphone from Lava is about to be released in India. The Blaze Curve 5G is the likely name for the model, though this hasn’t been confirmed based on a recent teaser. Some important specifications of the upcoming phone have been leaked by a tipster. Key specifications of the phone as well as the likely launch schedule were disclosed by him. With a MediaTek Dimensity 6020 SoC and a 50-megapixel dual rear camera unit, the Lava Blaze 2 5G was introduced in India in November 2023.
The business posted a teaser for a future smartphone on X, formerly Twitter. This phone is probably going to have a curved display. The phone will support 5G connectivity and is expected to launch soon, according to the image attached to the post. It mentions the word “Curve” but doesn’t disclose the phone’s design or make any other indications about its features.
Tipster Mukul Sharma (@stufflistings), meanwhile, shared pictures of the phone along with his prediction that the model being is probably the Lava Blaze Curve 5G. It has a triple camera unit on the back and an LED flash. It has a glossy sea green finish. The phone’s back panel has the “Lava” branding next to the “5G” label, but the front is hidden.
Within the first week of March, the Lava Blaze Curve 5G is expected to make its Indian debut, according to the tipster. Reported specifications include a 64-megapixel Sony primary sensor and a 120Hz curved AMOLED display. Most notably, Lava President Sunil Raina recently made fun of the phone.
The Lava Blaze 2 5G, which costs Rs. 9,999 for the 4GB + 64GB variant, is the company’s most recent Blaze phone to be released in India. Glass Black, Glass Blue, and Glass Lavender color choices are available. The phone has a 6.56-inch HD+ screen, an 8-megapixel selfie camera, a 50-megapixel dual rear camera unit, a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W charging, and a MediaTek Dimensity 6020 SoC.
