Lucky Baskhar, Starring Dulquer Salmaan and Meenakshi Chaudhary, has a New Release Date

Three weeks ahead of its scheduled release date, the eagerly anticipated suspenseful family drama Lucky Baskhar will be available. The film, directed by Venky Atluri, was initially scheduled to premiere on September 27. Now, on September 7, the day of Ganesh Chaturthi, it will be launched.

The lead actor announced the news on his social media accounts on Monday night. Dulquer Salmaan shared a new still from his movie and commented, “This Vinayaka Chaturthi, Await the opportunity to see #LuckyBaskhar’s incredible adventure on the big screen! On September 7, Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi languages will see their global premiere. #LuckyBaskhar On September 7th.

The teaser for the movie debuted in April. Dulquer Salmaan provided a glimpse into Lucky Baskhar’s story when he released the clip. The compelling journey and achievements of an everyday man—whom he refers to as a “common, middle-class, Indian man”—are the focus of Lucky Baskhar.

Bored with his average everyday life, Baskhar works as a bank cashier for the imaginary Magadha Bank. The movie takes place in the late eighties and early nineties. When he discovers a substantial quantity of money, which leaves everyone wondering how he obtained it, his life drastically changes. Meenakshi plays the romantic interest of Baskhar.

In addition to Dulquer Salmaan, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Ayaan Sohan, and Kishore Raju Vasistha will also play significant roles in the movie. Considering the popularity of Sita Ramam throughout India, Lucky Baskhar will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi.

Venky Atluri is the director and writer of the film. Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya are co-producing it under the labels of Fortune Four Cinemas and Sithara Entertainments. GV Prakash Kumar composed the soundtrack, and Nimish Ravi and Navin Nooli handled the film’s editing and cinematography, respectively.
