Maxxxine: A24 Horror Movie’s 4K and Blu-ray Release Date Set

Lionsgate has confirmed the physical release date of Ti West’s third installment in his horror trilogy, Maxxxine 4K & Blu-ray.

What is the Maxxxine 4K & Blu-ray Release Date?

The movie will be available in multiple versions on October 8, 2024, which is the day of its Maxxxine 4K & Blu-ray release. A Blu-ray, DVD, and digital version will be sold for $39.99, while the standard 4K, Blu-ray, and digital version will retail for $42.99. For $39.99, a Blu-ray, DVD, and digital version exclusive to Walmart will also be offered.

The third installment in Ti West’s “X” film series, which started with 2022’s X and included Pearl as a sequel, is Maxxxine (Styled MaXXXine). The direct sequel to X, Maxxxine, following Maxine Minx (played by Mia Goth) when she travels to Los Angeles in 1985. Six years have passed since X’s farming tragedy.

Maxxxine stars Goth, Giancarlo Esposito, Kevin Bacon, Simon Prast, Elizabeth Debicki, Moses Sumney, Michelle Monaghan, Bobby Cannavale, Halsey, and Lily Collins in addition to Goth.

Maxxxine can now be purchased or rented digitally for people who want to see the movie before it opens in theatres. It will cost $24.99 to purchase and $19.99 to rent on platforms like Prime Video, Apple TV Plus, and others, just like previous high-end VOD releases.
