Another smartphone in the Edge series is slated for release soon, and the official renders appear to have recently surfaced online in conjunction with the launch of the Motorola Edge 50 Pro.
The complete device is shown in the upcoming Motorola Edge 50 Fusion renders, which were obtained by Android Headlines. Aside from the shorter camera module on the back, the device’s design seems to be similar to that of the Edge 50 Pro. The visor disappears into the rear panel next to the device’s middle top frame.
According to the most recent renders, the Edge 50 Fusion has a large display, rounded corners, and very little side bezel. On the other hand, the 6.7-inch curved pOLED display with Gorilla Glass 5 on top makes the top and bottom bezels appear more significant than the side ones, according to Android Headlines.
The Edge 50 Fusion is further displayed in the renders in the following three colorways: Tidal Teal, Peacock Pink, and Ballad Blue. A textured back is a feature shared by all three color variations, but the blue version stands out for having a vegan leather finish. An IP68 rating for dust and water resistance will also be supported by the Edge 50 Fusion.
The Edge 50 Fusion, which appeared to have recently achieved single and multi-scores of 913 and 2629 on Geekbench, is reportedly powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chip, according to Android Headlines. Along with 256GB of internal storage, the device will also have 8GB of RAM. A respectable 5000mAh battery that supports 68W fast wired charging is anticipated to keep the lights on.
The new camera visor will have two cameras: a 13MP ultra wide-angle camera and a 50MP primary camera. The Edge 50 Fusion will also include a 32MP front camera for taking selfies.
This gadget will be released on the same day as the Motorola Edge 50 Pro, which is scheduled for release in India. It is expected that the device will cost approximately $300.
