Success necessitates compromises and perseverance, as countless famous people’s tales have demonstrated. Sharmistha Ghosh is however one good influence for many women who aspire to achieve their goals. She fought it all on her own as a single mother and has now built the life of her dreams. She developed her identity by modeling looks at the age of 19 when she was a mother with a fascination for the world of glamour. She participated in the Kingfisher Calendar Model content in 2011 and was one of the top five Kingfisher models, demonstrating her passion for the fashion business.
Despite her excellent modeling work, she opted to pursue a career in entrepreneurship and opened her own restaurant in Goa, Our Shack in North Goa, in 2011. Her unique ideas quickly drew the attention of travelers to her restaurant, which quickly became well-known around the city. Goa Tourism also gave it an award for best environment and hospitality. As a result, she was invited to participate in the 2011 “King Fisher Calendar Model” material and was even named one of the top five King Fisher Models.
Sharmistha Ghosh’s passion for cuisine knew no bounds, and in addition to a successful modeling career, she decided to pursue entrepreneurship by opening her own restaurant in Goa. In North Goa, it was known as “Our Shack,” and it first opened in 2011. The restaurant went on to become a major hit in the city, winning Goa Tourism’s award for best ambiance and service. However, issues continued to arise, and she was forced to close her stores.
Walking one’s path to success is not easy, and it can push a person’s patience to the limit; but, what people do in such times determines the level of success they can reach on their journeys.
She is emerging as an inspiration to countless other suffering women in her capacity as a mother. She wants to open several restaurants in order to fulfill her daughter’s ambitions. She also wants to start a foundation to adopt orphaned children.
