South Korea Will Launch The GMC Sierra Denali In 2024

General Motors has just unveiled the 2024 GMC Sierra Denali in South Korea, exactly a year after the legendary full-size pickup was first introduced in the nation.

The GMC Sierra Denali, which debuted as the luxury truck’s second model year in South Korea, is the only American brand represented in the country’s automotive market. Its flagship model, the GMC flagship, introduced the full-size pickup segment. The country receives the 2024 Sierra 1500 with enhanced features and new colors that accentuate its level of sophistication.

“The model year change has further enhanced the marketability of Sierra, GMC’s flagship vehicle, which is leading the domestic full-size pickup truck market,” stated Myongok Yoon, GM Korea’s Managing Director of Communications and CMO. She continued, “With new colors and options, the 2024 Sierra has a configuration optimized for a premium outdoor lifestyle and the best performance of an authentic American pickup truck.”

2024 GMC Sierra Denali models for South Korea come standard with the new active variable exhaust system that was unveiled for the 2024 model year in response to local customer feedback. In Sport and Off-Road mode, the exhaust valve fully opens to let owners enjoy the powerful, authentic sound of the 6.2L L87 V8 engine. The system lets owners experience different exhaust sounds depending on the Drive mode they have chosen.

Additionally, Downpour Metallic has replaced Pacific Blue in the 2024 GMC Sierra Denali, and the interior color scheme will change based on the variant selected. Wireless smartphone charging is now standard equipment. Jet Black will remain the standard color for Denali, and the nation’s only Denali-X will ship in the new Atmosphere/Brownstone colorway.

Through GMC’s official website in South Korea, which features an exclusive online store for the truck brand where customers can buy the Sierra 1500 from the comfort of their home, the 2024 GMC Sierra Denali is now available for purchase. The truck will continue to receive support from GM Korea’s wide dealer network and be available at specific GMC sales locations.
