Katherin Kovin Pacino is an actress, writer, and screenplay pitch artist driven by a deep desire to create, learn, and assist others, particularly marginalized and adoptive children. Katherin’s achievements and interests include receiving the “Never Let Us Forget” Award in 2007, presented by the parents of Matt Maupin through the Cincinnati Yellow Ribbon Group. She also received an Honorable Mention Award in 2009 as an Executive Producer at the West Hollywood International Film Festival. In 2010, she was honored with the Key to the City by the Mayor of Ferentino, Italy. Katherin has served as an advisor for organizations such as Shining Star Kids of America, which supports foster kids aging out of the system, and the World Vin Cup in 2014, an event benefiting disadvantaged children on participating islands and foster children in the USA. She has also held positions such as Secretary/Board Member of The Reel Cowboys from 2012 to 2014 and a board member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, Chapter 1419 in Reseda, CA, supporting MooseHeart and MooseHaven. Katherin has been recognized with multiple Humanitarian Awards at the Wind International Film Festival in 2017 and 2018 and two President’s Awards from the Southern California Motion Picture Council in the same year.
Katherin’s expertise in skin makeup applications includes training from C.W. Designs Inc., focusing on image consulting, skin tone analysis, and color coordination for makeup and wardrobe. She has also worked with The Full Spectrum, specializing in the color analysis according to skin “seasons.” Furthermore, she received airbrush makeup application training from the Dinair Institute and makeup application and wardrobe coordination training from Sophisticolor.
