Storyline

Shigeru Miyamoto and Takashi Tezuka created the renowned video game series “The Legend of Zelda” for Nintendo systems. The enchanted realm of Hyrule will be brought to life in the live-action movie, giving fans another way to experience the timeless tale of courage, wisdom, and the struggle against evil.

The new movie comes as new adaptations continue to blur the boundaries between video games, movies, and television. Nintendo’s 2023 hit “The Super Mario Bros. Movie” was a huge success, and the “Zelda” film follows suit. The animated movie received three Golden Globe nominations and went on to earn over $1.3 billion worldwide.
