Terry Bradshaw can now authoritatively include “reality TV show singer” to his considerable list of achievements.
The four-time Super Bowl M.V.P., NFL Hall of Famer and sportscaster was the man behind “the Deer Mask” on Wednesday’s episode of The Masked Singer, FOX’s hit singing challenge highlighting 12 celebrity candidates singing and dancing in head-to-toe outfits that totally dark their characters.
It wasn’t much a surprise for the individuals who were viewing (or for celebrity panelist Jenny McCarthy, so far as that is concerned). Many had since quite a while ago pegged the 6-foot-3-inch Pittsburgh Steelers alum as “the Deer” because of his football-related hints, similar to how he was “fairly good at throwing,” had been “knocked down many times,” was “incredibly competitive” and loved horses.
In week one of the show, Bradshaw was in danger for end after his execution of “Thunder” by Imagine Dragons. It was his front of “Get Your Shine On” by Florida Georgia Line on Wednesday that at long last did him in.
Bradshaw wasn’t too sad to go. “This is so stressful, I gotta thank y’all for voting me off,” he said with a laugh.
“It’s been so much fun, so much fun,” he added.
