Plot

The movie centres on Rona, a young woman whose life with her partner Daynin appears to be going well at first. But when Rona’s drinking turns into alcoholism and she loses her boyfriend, her relationship takes a drastic turn. She seeks assistance after being attacked one day while severely drunk. Rona makes the decision to go to treatment and finishes a 90-day sobriety program. What transpires after she leaves treatment and goes to Scotland is examined in the movie.

On January 19, 2024, the movie made its debut at the Sundance Film Festival. On August 30, 2024, Saoirse Ronan was also honoured at the Telluride Film Festival in the Best Actress category.
