The 2024 Infiniti Q50 sedan has a slight price increase from $43,725 to $44,200, including destination, but other than that, it is largely unchanged from the previous model year.

Luxe, Sensory, and Red Sport 400 are the three grades from which buyers can select once more. Standard features on the base Luxe model include 18-inch wheels, wireless connectivity for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, leather upholstery, heated front seats and steering wheel, and a Bose audio system.

The Q50 Sensory, which starts at $49,900 including destination, features 19-inch wheels, black open-pore wood trim, an air purification system, “sports” front and rear fascias, black exterior trim, and integrated navigation.

All versions share the same 3.0-liter V-6 twin-turbo engine, rated at 400 horsepower and 350 lb-ft in the Red Sport 400 and 300 horsepower and 295 lb-ft in the Luxe and Sensory models. They also all have a 7-speed automatic transmission. All-wheel drive is an additional $2,000 option, while rear-wheel drive is still standard across the lineup.

The $58,050 Red Sport 400, among other things, has improved brakes and adaptive dampers in addition to more power. Returning for the 2024 model year is the Black Opal Edition package, which was first offered for the 2023 model year. An iridescent paint color called Black Opal Metallic costs $2,200, and depending on the lighting, it can change from black to blue, green, and purple. Black badges and a carbon fiber rear spoiler are also included in the package, which also features paint that is reminiscent of Nissan GT-R’s Midnight Purple theme.

The Q50, which debuted as a 2014 model in 2013, is the final non-SUV in Infiniti’s lineup and among the oldest car designs available. Over the Q50’s lifespan, some competitors have undergone two redesigns, such as the Mercedes-Benz C-Class. Nevertheless, there doesn’t appear to be a definite Q50 replacement in sight.
