Plot

The Kinloch Bravo oil rig, located in the North Sea off the coast of Scotland, serves as the setting for The Rig. It revolves on a crew of labourers whose lives are completely upended when a mysterious fog envelops their ship and cuts off all connection. What happens if spores from the fog spread and some crew members start acting differently as a result? Climate change, worry, economic instability, interpersonal disputes, trust, and paranoia are among the topics covered in the series.
