Day 7 box office collection for Tillu Square: Mallik Ram’s follow-up to DJ Tillu, which starred Siddhu Jonnalagadda and Anupama Parameswaran in the key parts, debuted in theaters last Friday. Sacnilk.com reports that the movie, which was well-received by both critics and audiences, brought in approximately ₹49 crore at the box office.

Box Office Figures for Tillu Square

According to the website, Tillu Square made 11.2 crore on its first day of business. The movie earned 10.25 crore on Saturday and 11.1 crore on Sunday. The movie earned 6.25 crore on Monday, 4.4 crore on Tuesday, and 3.15 crore on Wednesday. Early estimates indicate that the movie brought in 2.65 crore on Thursday, bringing its total to about 49 crore.

It is yet to be seen how well Vijay Deverakonda and Mrunal Thakur’s Family Star will do when it opens on Friday.

About Tillu Square

Siddhu reprises his role as DJ Tillu in the sequel, while Anupama plays his love interest, Lilly. Much like the predecessor, the film sees him land in trouble due to whom he falls in love with, with Tillu having to think on his feet to get out of trouble. Siddhu received rave reviews for his one-liners in the film, which he also wrote with Ravi Anthony. The filmmakers announced a third part for the film after its release. Tillu 3 is yet to go on floors.
