Turbo OTT Premiere: The Release Dates of Mammootty’s Action-Comedy Movie

OTT Release: Mammootty Kampany, the production company owned by Mammootty, produced the action-comedy film “Turbo,” which was directed by Vysakh and had a script written by Midhun Manuel Thomas.

In “Turbo,” Raj B. Shetty, Sunil, and Mammootty play pivotal parts. Christo Xavier wrote the background score and music for the movie, while Vishnu Sarma took care of the photography and Shameer Muhammad oversaw the editing.

The main “Turbo” filming took place in Coimbatore from October 2023 to February 18, 2024. In cinemas, “Turbo” debuted on May 23, 2024. According to reports, the movie took well over ₹70 crore at the box office worldwide.

The film “Turbo” has been licenced for digital streaming and satellite broadcasting by Sony LIV and Zed Keralam, respectively. ‘Turbo’ is expected to debut on SonyLiv on July 12th, according to sources.

Turbo Synopsis

Aruvipurathu Jose, also known as “Turbo” Jose, is a well-known jeep driver in Idukki who has a bad reputation for getting into fights a lot. In an attempt to start over and put his problems behind him, he moves to Chennai. But when he meets Vetrivel Shanmuga Sundaram, a cunning kingpin mired in a significant banking scandal, his life takes an unexpected turn.

Turbo Cast

The ensemble cast of “Turbo” is diverse and talented, giving each character a nuanced perspective. Mammootty takes the lead as Turbo Jose, also known as Aruvipurathu Jose, the main Jeep driver. A pivotal role in the story is played by Raj B. Shetty as Vetrivel Shanmugha Sundaram, and Sunil plays the lead role of Auto Billa. As Vetrivel’s business associate Vincent, Kabir Duhan Singh plays the part of Indulekha, while Anjana Jayaprakash plays the same part.
